The VRI (Volume - Recovery - Intensity) strength series includes a program for the Squat, the Press and the Strict pull up. 

This programs is designed to be included in a regular 7 day training week schedule as training day 1, 3 and 5 (4 and 7 are rest days). 

Each week has 3 sessions/segments that you perform as your strength portion of the days training (In REPLACEMENT of the strength section of the Deka Comp competition or Open track)
